Our team is led by Daryl James (Director/Technical Services). Daryl
has more than 33 years experience in technical support services, and
16 years experience as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
(MCSE). He spent six years working as a Systems Support Engineer
with Microsoft Australia Support and was previously employed as the
Senior Technical Services Officer in a local IT Consulting
firm.
