Many issues can be resolved by our Remote Support Service providing you with instant help when you need it. This is often more cost effective than having to pay for the support technician to travel onsite, particularly for rural clients.
Is remote support private?
To ensure your privacy all remote support sessions are encrypted. You see exactly where we move your mouse and
what we look at and any file transfers require your approval. You
have complete control and can close and disconnect our session at
any time.

How does this work?
It's easy! First you must call us and speak to the technician who will assist you. You will be asked to click on the Help Button and the technician will guide you through the rest of the process. Click on the Help Button now to connect with a 1TB Technician.
Do we leave spyware behind?
No! Absolutely not. When you close the session our Remote Support software completely removes itself protecting your privacy.
